My touchpad will not work. I have a HP Pavillion dv5040us.
Synaptics PS/2 Touchpoint
Mine is erratic. Scroll across the screen and it jumps off the page. Hover to choose a link and it suddenly disappears and re-appears someone else. At times, it will not respond to the pad. After a couple moments, it will move again.
